[Pacemaker] handling snmp trap with crm_mon

Hi,

I called "crm_info" after snmp_send().

ret = snmp_send(session, trap_pdu);
crm_info("ret = %d", ret);

syslog(messages.txt) is attached.
It seems that snmp_send() is called.
But there is no action on SNMP manager...
