Thanks Dominik and Andrew,

I have one more question . there is a property "requires" for any
operation.  it has three value "nothing" , quourm , fencing . i understand
first two like the operation needs nothing or quorum for executing but not
able to understand third one. an operation requires "fencing " what does it
mean??
