that sounds ok to me. when at it, maybe we can implement crm_mon to
differentiate between "OFFLINE (clean)" and "OFFLINE (unclean)" meaning:

"OFFLINE (clean)" = regular shutdown, and
"OFFLINE (unclean)" = Node is down unexpectedly.

i tried searching the source and created and LF bugreport 2058 [1].
but i do not know if this is enough and how to display *stonith in
progress* messages in/by crm_mon...
