[Pacemaker] pacemaker 1.0.2 and heartbeat issues

hi,

i fail to start heartbeat 1.0.2 (build from horm's debian sources)
on debian lenny.

i tried the following:

1) i have a pacemaker 1.0.2-pre-f228d820ba27 cluster up and running
   a two node cluster consisting of wc01 and wc02.
2) i put wc01 on standby and upgraded to 1.0.2 (horm's debian
   sources)
3) i put wc01 online again. crm_mon showed both nodes online but
   the drbd resources did not start/became slave.
4) i put wc02 into standby. nothing happend. no migration took place.

so i thought that this might be related to cs:254714fa2c04 (some
slave/started fixes) and patches i created for myself (se LF:2064)
so:

5) i stopped wc02 and wc01. i used a valid, fresh cib and started
   heartbeat/pacemaker. a dc got elected but no resources got started.
6) i stopped heartbeat - but pengine kept running.

i'm also creating a bugreport for this on LF: #2077
