[Pacemaker] Debian lenny upgrade 1.0.4 -> 1.0.6

Does anybody know what the correct upgrade path for this is, or how to
fix it? All I did was a simple "apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade".
I have three more clusters I need to upgrade. There are no pacemaker
1.0.5 packages at
http://people.debian.org/~madkiss/ha/dists/lenny/main/binary-amd64/, so
I can't do an incremental upgrade 1.0.4 -> 1.0.5 -> 1.0.6.
