[Pacemaker] Openais Join standby nmode to cluster Problem

HI .
 
I'm using a 6 nodes -server Openais Cluster .
Whenever I have to join a node back in the cluster from say, standby to online , after 30 or so seconds the cluster starts trying to move it current running resources 
and they start failing. Then stonith kills them. 
I have the policy set to INFINITY and dc-deadtime setting to 2 minutes. 

Basically I would like to prevent this from happening .
Any advice is greatly appreciated!!
