[Pacemaker] IP failover

Hello All,

 I am trying to setup failover for public ip and private ip.

Server A public IP should failover to Server C

Server B private IP should failover to Server C.



I am not quite sure how to achieve this using heartbeat.  Please help me
configuring heartbeat for the above scenario.
