ok, what i did:
use crm to create a shadow cib
> root at wc01 ~ # crm
> crm(live)# node list
> wc01(31de4ab3-2d05-476e-8f9a-627ad6cd94ca): normal
> standby: off
> wc02(f36760d8-d84a-46b2-b452-4c8cac8b3396): normal
> standby: on
> crm(live)# cib list

> crm(live)# cib new raoul
> INFO: raoul shadow CIB created
set node wc02 online and verify
> crm(raoul)# node online wc02
> crm(raoul)# node list
