[Pacemaker] About a stop/restart of the monitor.

I tried to test the next command.

# cibadmin -R -X '<op id="prmDummy1-monitor" interval="10s" name="monitor" on-fail="restart"
timeout="60s" enabled=false />'

But, the monitor of the resource does not stop.

I use Pacemaker of Pacemaker-1-0-c0a1d730fe44.

Will Pacemaker which I use be old?
Or is the usage of my command wrong?
