[Pacemaker] fwbuilder with cluster-feature

Hi,

for all people interested in building firewall clusters:

the next version of fwbuilder, a GUI for a LOT of packet filters, will support 
firewall clusters. Amongst others also pacemaker+openais clusters are 
supported.

Early tests versions are out and can be downloaded at 
http://www.fwbuilder.org/nightly_builds/fwbuilder-3.1/

Sample setups can be loaded from the file
test/ipt/cluster-tests.fwb
