[Pacemaker] compilation problem last sources

Resolved.
I installed again Heartbeat from last source (maybe it will be better to 
avoid to install
Hearbeat to install openais, only one install is less confused)
and compile Openais with
./ConfigureMe bootstrap --prefix=$PREFIX --with-lcrso-dir=$LCRSODIR 
$STACKS_SUPPORTED --enable-fatal-warnings=nomakemake installit
