oh, you can also just re-download tarballs.
but since you'll probably need plenty of updates, switching to hg  
isn't a bad idea

just:
   hg clone http://hg.linux-ha.org/dev /software/heartbeat-dev
and:
   hg clone http://hg.clusterlabs.org/pacemaker/dev /software/ 
pacemaker-dev
