[Pacemaker] Missing tools

Hi Guys,

Just a quick question:

I do have installed pacemaker-0.6.5-2.2 and it seems that some commands are
missing from the packaged (or I missed something during installation):
namely:

hb_addnod
hb_delnode
crm_shadow

Is there some particular reason I am missing on these tools ? (old version
of Pacemaker ?? I am using pacemaker Configuration guide 1.0 by Andrew
Beekhof)
