[Pacemaker] stonith-ing a host in standby mode

right - but if i recall correctly, all resources where stopped and i
had some heartbeat restarts going on.

if i remember correctly, i did

1. dpkg -i pacemaker*deb heartbeat*deb
this finished successfully and the standby-host rejoined

2. dpkg -i pacemaker*deb heartbeat*deb
dpkg started the heartbeat shutdown sequence

3. strg+c
i guess that the shutdown was still in progress

4. dpkg -i pacemaker*deb heartbeat*deb
cousing another shutdown call.

something like that happened :)
