[Pacemaker] Trouble Building RPMs for PACEMAKER GUI on RHEL 4.5 on Linux for zSeries.

I've committed the following change to the specfile which should  
resolve the issue for you (just download the latest src.rpm and re-run  
rpmrebuild).
