[Pacemaker] heartbeat init script breakage: heartbeat-2.1.3-23.1

Ok, after forcing deinstall of i386 packet and reinstall of x86_64 
heartbeat-common the init script starts.

But ccm crashes and constantly reboots the cluster member.

Seems another topic so I'll do a new thread.
