[Pacemaker] Multi State Resources

One thing I have found in log:

pengine[2857]: 2008/12/30_11:50:01 info: native_start_constraints: 
Ordering MySQL-primitive:0_start_0 after node1 recovery
pengine[2857]: 2008/12/30_11:50:01 info: native_start_constraints: 
Ordering IPaddr-1_start_0 after node1 recovery
pengine[2857]: 2008/12/30_11:50:01 info: native_start_constraints: 
Ordering pingd:0_start_0 after node1 recovery

I think these native_start_constraints could be the reason of my problem.
