[Pacemaker] crm_resource - migrating/halt a cloned resource

anyways - my configuration:

and i tried:

apparently not working.
on debian testing/lenny, installed from opensuse buildservice:
pacemaker 1.0.1-1
heartbeat 2.99.1-1
any ideas?
