It doesn't look to be possible I'm afraid.<br>
SUSE isn't including the repodata directory at<br>
<a href="http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/11.3/repo/oss/" target="_blank">http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/11.3/repo/oss/</a> which means<br>
yum can't use it and I can't build packages for 11.3.<br>

Perhaps they want to encourage people to use their build service.<br>
