Yes.

You should drop commas:

crm configure colocation c_parallel inf: (resource1 resource2 resource3 resource4....)

But anyway, I think that you want to remove the parenthesis:

crm configure colocation c_parallel inf: resource1 resource2 resource3 resource4....

That should keep the resources together, but still allow that
they start in parallel.
