[Pacemaker] drbd on passive node not started

hi,
n1 active node is started and everything works fine, but after reboot n2
drbd is not started by pacemaker. when i start drbd manually, crm_mon shows
it as slave ( as if there were no problems).

maybe someone experienced can have a look into logs ?
