I debated on whether to make lrmd_test a lrmadmin type tool or not.  As I began writing the lrmd/regression.py file that uses lrmd_test I realized I needed to implement some things into lrmd_test that we don't want to support outside of regression test usage.

Let me know if crm_resource doesn't have something you need.
